The Verde Store at Q2 Stadium

Austin FC jersey, hats, and YETI gear at Verde Store

The mother of all Austin FC merchandise stores is located at Q2 Stadium.

In May 2021, the two-story flagship store opened its doors in the North building. The first floor features jerseys, men’s apparel, hats, a customization shop, dog and cat apparel, and other accessories you never knew you could live without.

On your way up the stairs, pass under the Instagrammable neon Austin FC Oaks logo on the wall. Continuing to the second floor, it’s baby, youth, and women’s apparel galore, as well as a drool-worthy YETI nook.

On match days, several popup shops sell ATXFC apparel along the concourses throughout the stadium. Rank & Rally operates these shops.

Notes about new Austin FC Merch

In February 2022, the club released the new secondary jersey for the 2022 season, called the Sentimiento kit. The mint green jersey with the phrase “VERDE ES UN SENTIMIENTE” on the neck tape will replace the 2021 Legends white jersey in the club’s second season.

In February 2022, Austin FC green cups was added to YETI’s online store for 2022. Even more great news, Q2 Stadium changed their Water policy in 2022 to allow fans to bring their empty YETIs (30 ounces or less) to games.

In September 2021, the club opened its second Verde Store downtown at 506 Congress Avenue. A mini-version of its two-story flagship location at Q2 Stadium, this shop still has all the jerseys, apparel, hats, and novelty items you’d expect, as well as a rooftop deck to be used as a community and events space. While the 5th and Congress location is convenient to ATX visitors and fans that live in South, East, and West Austin, we can’t help but think the Black and Verde will also set up shop on SoCo in the near future.

In August 2021, Austin FC collaborated with local outdoor apparel company Howler Brothers to create the limited edition Howler Verde Collection. It’s an eclectic black and green collection of guayabera and pearl snap shirts, pocket Ts, and snapback hats made for Austinites living their best lives outdoors. Beside the Howler Brothers online store, limited merch is available at the Howler SoCo OutPost, and the Verde Store.

In April 2021, YETI introduced the new Bright Verde Tumbler at the Austin FC inaugural watch party at the Long Center. The Verde YETI is available in 20 oz. and 30 oz. sizes. Not in the YETI online store, you can find it in YETI retail locations (Domain or downtown) and the Verde Store at Q2.

In January 2021, the club unveiled the first-ever Away jersey (aka the Legends Jersey). The secondary jersey is a crispy white canvas for bright verde-accented sponsor logos (YETI and Netspend), shoulder stripes, and inner lining of the shirt bottom. On the back, the name and number are also verde for the first time. Check out all the unique details on this second kit in our post about it.

In November 2020, the club revealed the much anticipated inaugural primary jersey. A series of “Uniform for Austin” videos and print ads were dropped leading up to the release, but the actual jersey didn’t get a cameo.

Thankfully soon after (Nov. 18) it was released to the world. The club sold the jersey in person from their Verde Van, a merch store on wheels. It was also released at local YETI stores, as well as online at MLSstore.com.

In February 2020, the inaugural training jersey became available in the MLS online store. Early that month the training top actually showed up first in the Adidas store—under the wrong club name (Nashville SC)—but was quietly removed after a few days. (A “Jersey” section was added to the Online store for future jersey roll-outs.)

Also in February 2020, YETI was named official jersey partner of Austin FC. Right away the company released 20oz & 30oz Austin FC tumblers online and at its downtown flagship store. No other YETI logo Austin FC gear, but we expect more items in time for the holidays in 2020. The cool part about a partnership with the lifestyle brand is it could bring unique merchandise that other MLS teams don’t offer.

In October 2019, a wide range of first ever Austin FC apparel dropped in the MLS online store including polos, dress shirts, jackets, and pullovers. The following month Austin FC hats by New Era Cap were released for the first time.

After the August 2019 announcement of new club owners, the team offered two new t-shirts, with the slogans VERDE and LISTO—catchphrases made popular by Matthew McConaughey at the event.
